Until now, Dablio Robô flows could be run manually or by appointment schedule. Starting with this update, you can trigger any automation from an external event — which opens a new level of reactivity and integration for your processes.
What changed: from scheduling to event
Schedule by time works well for predictable routines: daily reports, weekly charges, nightly downloads. But many processes need to react to something that happened — a new order, an email received, a file that arrived in the folder. Now Dablio Robô supports exactly that.
Available triggers
The new version brings three types of trigger per event. Each can be combined with any existing or new flow without reprogramming.
Use case: new order → automatic registration
A concrete example: whenever your e-commerce system records a new order, it triggers a webhook to Dablio Robô. The flow then opens the ERP, fills in the order data and confirms the registration — all in seconds, without a processing queue or human intervention.
How to activate
In the flow configuration panel, access the 'Trigger' tab and select the desired type of event. For webhooks, you will be given a unique URL to configure on the source system. For folder or email monitoring, configure the path or filters and save. Dablio Robô starts monitoring in the background automatically.
