As more companies adopt Dablio Robô as a central automation platform, the need to manage multiple users with different roles and responsibilities arises. The new version of the multi-user panel was developed exactly for this.
What's new in the Teams dashboard
The multi-user panel has been completely redesigned. It is now possible to create users with different profiles, define which flows each one can view, edit or execute, and track the history of individual actions in a centralized log.
Available access profiles
The Administrator has full access: creates users, defines permissions, views all logs and can edit any flow. The Editor can create and modify flows within the folders assigned to it, but cannot access user settings. The Viewer can only monitor executions and query logs — without being able to change anything.
Why this matters for companies
In corporate environments, separating responsibilities is essential for security and traceability. With the new dashboard, the company knows exactly who created each flow, who executed it and when — valuable information for audits, compliance and process management.
How to migrate to the new dashboard
If you already use Dablio Robô, the migration is automatic. All existing flows have been assigned to the account's primary user. To add team members, go to Settings → Team → Invite User. The change does not affect any running streams.
