1. Who processes your data

WROBOBRANDACENTED is the controller of personal data when determining the purposes and means of the processing described in this Policy. Requests regarding privacy and data subject rights can be sent to contato@dablio.online.

2. Personal data processed

We can treat the following categories, depending on the interaction carried out:

• Demo Request: name, company, position, email, telephone, automation interest and language.
• Partner Program: name, company, email, telephone number, type of partnership, message and language.
• Applications: name, email, LinkedIn profile address, area of interest, professional message and language.
• Account and authentication: name, email, access credential, account status, last access and session identifier.
• Technical data: IP address, date and time, pages requested, browser type, device, security and diagnostic logs.
• Preferences: language chosen on the website.
• Communications: content sent via email, forms or service channels.

We do not request sensitive personal data in public forms. We ask that you do not include sensitive or unnecessary information in free text fields.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Respond to contacts, prepare proposals, schedule demonstrations and adopt pre-contractual measures requested by the holder.
• Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and execute license, support, or service agreements.
• Analyze partners and applications, based on preliminary procedures, consent when applicable and legitimate interest, always respecting the rights of the holder.
• Maintain security, prevent fraud, resolve failures and protect rights in administrative, judicial or arbitration proceedings.
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
• Send commercial communications when there is consent or another appropriate legal basis, always with the possibility of opposition or cancellation.
• Produce statistics and improve the service, preferably with aggregated or anonymized data.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies necessary for the functioning and security of the service. The cookie wrobo_lang records language preference for up to 1 year. During login, the session cookie WROBOSESSID keeps the user authenticated until the browser session ends.

We also upload fonts from Google Fonts. In this operation, the supplier may receive technical data, such as IP address and browser information, in accordance with its own privacy rules. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled without affecting features such as automatic language selection and login.

5. Sharing and international transfers

Data may be shared, to the extent necessary, with hosting, infrastructure, security, communication, support providers and other contracted operators; public authorities when there is a legal obligation or valid order; and professional advisors for the regular exercise of rights.

We do not sell personal data. Some suppliers may process data outside of Brazil. In these situations, we adopt mechanisms permitted by the LGPD and measures to demand protection compatible with Brazilian legislation.

6. Storage and retention

We keep data only for the period necessary for the stated purposes, to comply with legal obligations and to exercise rights. Applications to the talent pool are kept for up to 6 months, unless new authorization or legal necessity. Account data is kept for as long as the account or contractual relationship is active and, after termination, for the applicable legal deadlines.

Commercial and partnership requests remain for the time necessary to respond to and monitor the opportunity, and may be eliminated or anonymized when they are no longer necessary, subject to legal conservation hypotheses.

7. Rights of the holder

Under the terms of the LGPD, you may request, as applicable: confirmation of processing; access; correction; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary, excessive or irregular data; portability; information about shares; deletion of data processed with consent; information about the possibility of denying consent; revocation of consent; opposition to irregular treatment; and review of automated decisions.

8. Security and incidents

We adopt technical and administrative measures proportionate to the risks, including access controls, session protection, monitoring and restriction of access to data. No system is absolutely invulnerable; Therefore, we also maintain incident response procedures and will carry out the communications required by the LGPD and the ANPD when applicable.

9. Children and teenagers

The services are intended for business use and are not directed to children. Candidates under 18 must use the channel with the assistance of their legal guardian when required. If we identify inappropriate processing of data from children or adolescents, we will take appropriate measures considering their best interests.

10. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The current version will always be on this page, with the date of the last update. Relevant changes will be communicated by appropriate means when required.
